Lunch
Program
The
lunch program in the Englewood Schools has become an important
part of the education program. It is the objective of the lunchroom
to provide a nourishing lunch for children at a small cost. Again
this year, as in the past, the schools are providing Federally
reimbursable lunches for children in all grades. Some students
may qualify for free or reduced-price lunches. Applications are
sent home to all students. Lunches will be served in all schools
except the Alternative High School*. More than 50 percent of the
children eat hot lunches at school. Parents are urged to visit
the lunchrooms and enjoy a meal with their children.
Breakfast Program
Federally reimbursable breakfasts are offered at most Englewood
Schools. Students eligible for free or reduced-price lunches are
automatically eligible for free or reduced-price breakfasts. Contact
your Principal for further information.
*Colorado's
Finest Alternative High School has an ala carte food program.
