A Request for Proposal is now available at the District office, 4101 S. Bannock St., or from the District Web site—see Flood Middle School Development Opportunity on the District Home page.

Property Development Application Citizen Representation

Englewood Schools is seeking two citizen representatives—one residential interest and one business interest—to assist with the development selection process. If you are interested, please fill out the Flood Middle School Property Development Application for Citizen Representation and return by March 21. Additional information/instruction is available on the form.

Neighborhood Meeting—January 23
Englewood Schools is hosting a neighborhood meeting regarding the Flood Middle School property. The District is interested in selling this property for redevelopment consistent with community interests. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for property owners and residents to learn about and discuss this process and their thoughts on the Flood Middle School property.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 6:30 p.m., in the Englewood High School Cafeteria, 3800 S. Logan St.
